My path to reiki is an interesting one. Over 20 years ago, I watched a Reiki Energy Practitioner diagnose and start a man down a healing path that saved his life. 

My husband had been severely ill with an undiagnosed condition. He had been in and out of intensive care, and had every diagnostic test you can imagine. His organs were systematically shutting down, beginning with his lungs and moving on to his kidneys. 

We had a friend who asked if we would go see a reiki practitioner. This practitioner had just saved my friends old horse from renal failure. On one hand, I chuckled and said, "Why not?", On the other hand, I was desperate for anything. 

My husband was weak, he had lost 65 pounds and was not going to survive another bout of this illness. This amazing practitioner started scanning his body with her hands. She could feel all the blocks immediately and began clearing them. She told me all the energy meridians, (simply, these meridians allow the delivery of instructions from place to place in the body), from his stomach to his organs were blocked. She worked as long as she could, then sent me home, with homework. I was to be the conduit to connect and clear his pathways. This was my first experience with energy work. She also asked me to connect with an accupuncture Dr., which we did.

We continued our quest for healing with western medicine also, but received no diagnosis from many, many different hospitals and clinics. Two weeks after beginning the holistic reiki and accupuncture, my husband smiled and said hello when he walked through the door. A sense of relief and absolute gratitude flooded through me for this ancient, lovely, gentle healing modality. 

 My official reiki education began in 2019 and is ongoing to this day. I studied with different masters, ending with my second Master/Teacher certification from Jamie Butler of Atlanta, GA, who has been practicing and teaching for over 30 years. 

I have the sincere desire to help anyone who needs this healing work in their own lives or their loved ones. My gratitude and curiosity led me to this life path of Reiki and QHHT.

My path to QHHT - Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, was led by an absolute fascination and desire to learn everything about the work. I believe if trauma can be passed from generation to generation, so can healing. Reiki and QHHT work very well together. When using QHHT to access past lives, bringing that information to the surface can clear many, many issues and blocks in the current life.
